Drake's OVO Company Sues Another Company Over Owl Logo

People know Drake's OVO Owl when they see it. He has trademarked it and uses it for a lot as his brand. However, some companies have owl logos that look a bit similar to Drake's. TMZ reports OVO is suing Australian-based Bellroy and L.A.-based Clae, claiming those merchandise companies got together to create a shoe that features an owl, which looks closely like OVO's mascot. The only thing is, between the owl logos, is that the company altered a few things about their owl, by changing the posture a bit, the wings and feet, but if you didn't pay that much attention to the OVO owl, you would think the two companies' owl was the same. OVO is suing for trademark infringement and is asking for an injunction to stop Bellroy and Clae from using the owl and they want profits its made so far and damages.
