A trend that has been developing in high schools around the country is only allowing students and personnel from the hosting school into sporting events. This is to prevent any type of violence, especially like the video below. Shots rang out during a high school basketball game in Dallas, sending everybody running for the exits. According to reports, an 18 year old student was shot and a 15 year old has turned himself in as the shooter.
