So how are you starting your 2020? Well, Offset is starting his year with a lawsuit. A jeweler is still waiting to be paid from the rapper. TMZ reports the popular jeweler, Peter Marco of Extraordinary Jewels Beverly Hills is trying to get his unpaid fees from back in October 2018. He is going after $47,000 worth of jewelry from Offset. Offset purchased some jewelry but didn't pay for the entire thing. He paid $63k of the $110k for the jewelry, so you know what that means. Offset has to pay up because that would be a huge discount and since there is a lawsuit in play now, we are pretty sure Marco didn't give Offset a discount like that. Marco sent a letter in early December to collect his money within 7 days but since they didn't get it, the jeweler wants the full amount, interest and attorney fees. And well, Offset can't say he doesn't have the money, considering Cardi B gifted him half a million for his birthday, recently.
