We've heard Real Housewives of Atlanta, Eva Marcille mention time and time again how her baby's daddy is crazy. Kevin McCall was trying to go to a court hearing about his daughter when things went left. He was walking in the courthouse while streaming live on his social media. That's when a court police asked him to stop doing so and Kevin started going off on the police. At some point, a cop and Kevin got into a scuffle and yes, he was arrested. Well now, TMZ reports Kevin claims he was targeted. Boy! If you don't have several seats. He claims he injured himself when he got into a scuffle, which, caused a cop to fall down an escalator and injured himself. But Kevin said he plans on suing because he felt he was targeted for being black. But sir, the cop who asked you to stop recording was also black. Well, we are pretty sure this case won't stand a chance in court since you can hear Kevin in the video clapping back at the cop hard.
